As announced, the updated BSA Annual Health & Medical Record (AHMR) is now live. https://www.scouting.org/health-and-safety/ahmr/
If you haven’t yet, make sure you delete any hosted older versions of the AHMR. We realize that 2020 will be a transition year where you will see both 2014 and 2019 versions of the form in use. The 2014 version will be obsolete as of 1/1/2021.
